We had such a wonderful stay and can’t thank the team enough for their exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled so thoughtfully. We were generously upgraded to a two-bedroom unit, which made our stay even more comfortable, especially with kids. Even though the parking was fully booked, the staff offered us a discounted parking option, which we really appreciated. It’s little gestures like this that make a big difference. The facilities were fantastic, the kids absolutely loved the pool, and I really enjoyed unwinding in the steam room. The location is also perfect, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. We tried their breakfast buffet as well. It was a short 5 min walk, the breakfast had all the basics and was worth the money. It has hash browns, eggs, mushroom, tomatoes, sausage, bacon, beans, yogurt, cereal and hot coffee and tea. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we’re very grateful for the warm hospitality. Thank you again for making our stay so memorable!

Fabulous customer service from both of the reception staff I had contact with - both were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. My apartment was really well appointed and roomy and really well located, close to everything. Highly recommended.

Great location and facilities in property. Apartment was a good size. Down sides were air con wasn’t strong enough, cushions were stained, kitchen could’ve included a few other key items such as microwave and colander. Also one of the lifts were out of order so we had to wait for too long each time when we wanted to leave. We were there for 8 days and it wasn’t fixed during that time.

Everything is great. Only 2 things need to improve. First thing is the lounge aircon is very noisy. Second thing is the single bed mattress is not in an even surface, one side is higher than the other side. The mattress needs replacement. Apart from these 2 things, good location, easy access to swimming pool, sauna room, steam room, game room. Staff are very friendly!

The room and the amenities need some care In my room the queen bed was 2 single mattresses but with no topper which made it a little uncomfortable The timber floor in the kitchen was separating, the doors in front of the fridge and laundry didn’t close fully and the ironing board needed replacing, it collapsed while using it which other than some quick reflexes could have seen a serious burn or injury The roof over the pool area could also use some care and the sauna doesn’t seal so as a result doesn’t heat up. Location was sensational with some simple maintenance I would stay here again

We actually had three separate rooms booked and found them all to be dirty one was gross with dust, line and hairs all over the lounge and bedrooms . The whole unit needed good stub and bleach to clean the bathroom totally unacceptable. Location was great
