"nice staff"

"I arrived in the middle of the night after a long flight from Europe and a very long delay in my connecting flight to FLL. I did call and let them know I'd be arriving after 1 am. Then I drove for 4 hours so I was exhausted. I was offered a later check out which I accepted. The bed and pillow were very comfortable; the A/C was cold. I did not get up in time for breakfast. But I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The room was very clean. Lots of channels on the TV. It's an older hotel but it's fine for a basic accommodation. There were lots of stores and restaurants in the neighborhood too. I would use this hotel again if I needed a place to stay in that area. "

"Their idea of breakfast was a granola bar and tea bags. Floors were dirty in the room were we stayed, had to make several calls to front desk to come and clean it. We waited for two days for it to be finally done. One bright takeaway was a more than willing young man that eventually came to replace towels and get the floor clean. Can’t remember his name though. "

"Parking was easy. Front desk was very friendly. Cleanliness was kinda on the poor side. "

"I found this hotel not well kept and unsafe. It was pet friendly, but the grounds are not well kept so it is a hazard for dogs who may sniff the ground or pick up things. Cigarette butts, a tampon applicator, beer cans/broken bottles, etc. The floor had a film of dirt on it, causing the bottom of my feet and my dogs paws to be black. The walls are thin and there is space under the door, so you can hear everything going on outside as people pass and loiter around the parking lot smoking. I would not stay here again and would not recommend people to stay here. "
