Internet does not work. I followed all the troubleshooting instructions.
Laundry dryer not working properly and full of dust. Made all my clothes dirty.
Called reception 10 times and waited online for a long time without ever getting an answer. I was not able to get help with anything.
Place was clean in obvious areas and extremely dirty everywhere else.
Overall, still ok place to live in a nice building. Bur very badly managed

Generally good stay
The 2 bedroom apartment was nicer/more modern then the 3 bedroom one we stayed in. The stay was good, but was put off by the stained duvet (patches of blood) and the bottom sheet did not cover the whole mattress-that was weird. Pool was great, never anyone in it. And they were nice enough to allow me to check in early which made moving so much easier. There was a massive hole in the wall behind the bed, would have thought they fixed it before letting it out again.

Overall, we enjoyed a pleasant stay. Convenient location, functional room. A little overpriced. Not made aware beforehand that reception was offsite - caught me off guard. Air-Conditioning didn't work on arrival (due to remote batteries), but it was fixed promptly.
First impression wasn't good. There was blood on my sheets! Rather then make a fuss I turned them upside down, in hindsight I should have had them changed. The room was in a good location, but for a well appointed kitchen their should have been more cutlery and cooking gear. The room was very loud, exhaust fans stayed on for ages in the bedroom when any light was on, very strange. Otherwise, a good location.
The stay is satisfactory in general . Good location , just behind Crown and Southbank Yarra River . The apartment was in good condition except the water pipes were too noisy when they were on and the bathtub has no stopper .
Basically no house keeping and replenishment of all the toiletries .
Shower and fridge was broken. Had to wait an hour for maintenance and couldnt fix the problem. Then was told maintenance would be back in the morning between 8-10am. Waited around and never turned up.

Great location and good price. Apartment interior was no longer feeling new. Kitchen equipment is adequate but basic.
We enjoyed our stay at SouthbankOne. The apartment was spacious and we loved having an ensuite as well as a bathroom. All the appliances were very good quality. We had a great view from the 16th floor. There was a supermarket next door and probably a 8-10 minute walk to Southbank. The apartment was very clean and my only comment would be that the carpet was well worn.
Great apartment, walking distance to everything city Crown south bank & the MCG very clean & great views . The only thing that was a disappointment was not be able to use the pool & gym .
The property was clean and spacious enough for four people to share for six days. The location was central to the attractions that we required. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.
Great apartment- ideal for a 3-5 day stay- much better than a hotel. Good to have the kitchen and some space. Not required for me, but excellent room fit out for disabled access
