Convenient location, only few minutes walk to free tram station and near by Southern Cross Train station. Clean hotel and comfortable bed. Great services, was able to keep our luggages while waiting a room available for check in.

Guy at the counter was not hospitable and was rude. Only the lady spoke nicely and helped with check-in. Toiletries were limited to only one person and two of us checked in. No shower gel and shampoo. Not refilled properly. TV has limited options. No YouTube or netflix
