We had the most incredible stay at Melrose Apartments- we cannot recommend it enough! We initially had a motel booked around the corner but are so glad that we decided to go with this property instead. Lisa, who manages the place, is the most incredible person- she was flexible, available, even switched out our laundry for us! And Truffles, Lisa’s dog, is the sweetest thing. The location, condition, service- everything was beyond top notch. Thank you!!

They upgraded my single bed to a queen bed at no cost, the street is very quiet so sleeping is no issue. Pillows weren’t the best is my only bad feedback.

Excellent apartments in a handy location.

Great apartments if you need to stay in the area for events at Flemington Raceway or the Showgrounds or for the Royal Children’s Hospital. Close to the trams and trains. The apartments are very modern, spacious and well equipped. The manager is extremely helpful and made the stay feel really homely. I would definitely stay there again when next in town.

Nice little boutique apartments central to everything, nice host and easy parking. Unfortunately the bed was horrible, honestly the hardest bed I have ever slept on. It really ruined the experience.
