The quest apartments were a fantastic option for my family, the self-contained aspect was perfect, and the recreation centre offered some addtional fun for the kids. Sanctuary Lakes was a lovely area with amenities to suit all types of travellers, we will stay again.

Good place to stay if you have your own car and do your own cooking. The property is clean with good facilities. Funiture is a bit aged but sufficient. Plenty of airconds with big screen TV.

Very large, clean apartment. Dishwasher was great. The indoor pool was very nice, you have to walk about 5 min to the function centre to use the pool.

The people at reception were very welcoming, kind and obliging. The room was clean and tidy. We did however book for a family of five however there were only four bed spaces in the unit. Made the sleeping arrangement a little awkward.

We were provided with roomy and comfortable accommodation. The full kitchen is great, and both RC-units can crank up the heat. The shower has great pressure, and doesn't use one of those annoying rainwater heads that just falls in the centre of the shower. Bed is comfy, and we didn't get disturbed by the golfing-crazies who are already there before the crack of dawn. WIFI is strong, although we couldn't get any streaming services, as we suspect the smart tv is just a little out of date. All in all, a great place to stay, provided you aren't looking to be in the middle of the action.

Overall it was good but the hot water or lack there of was not great.. nor was the keycards for the door not working. But they were quick to get us another one even if it was at 11.30pm. They were polite and good to deal with too.

I don’t like this website, since you click on “Other” and you get a pop up window that is faded out that you cannot access! Upon arrival, the booking “recorded” by Quest did not match with the booking we had made nor with the email message from Wotif/Expedia. We were told by the receptionist that there was an issue between Wotif/Expedia and Quest, the upshot being that the issues with the reservation were not caused by us. Inside we found several ants wandering about the kitchen bench, a long dark hair on the kitchen bench, and a kitchen chair that had dirty spots on the padded seat cushion. I subsequently cleaned this chair seat and with some effort was able to remove most of the spots. During our stay unfortunately we broke a glass, and we were on our hands and knees to pick up the flecks of glass because we could not find a dustpan and brush with which to do a clean up. The receptionist was highly efficient, with a friendly professional manner.

Getting a bit of age about it and a few housekeeping/ basic cleaning issues but worst thing was that I didn’t sleep a wink due to a piece of our apartment flashing being lose and flapping and banging very loudly all night in the heavy winds.
