"The service was truly exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was professional, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. You can’t beat this location. It’s right in the heart of Porto on Avenida dos Aliados, making it incredibly easy to walk to the major landmarks, São Bento station, and local restaurants. Everything was top-tier. The hotel itself is stunning and modern. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the spa facilities. The room was spotless, quiet, and the bed provided a perfect night’s sleep. Highly recommended!"

Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, whether it was giving directions or suggesting local spots to check out. The service, comfort, and little details were all top-notch. "Our room was clean upon arrival and all staff were very professional and freindly. The hotel is in a great location and close to Bolhao Market, Sao Bento Railway Station and Dom Luis I Bridge to name a few locations. We also had a three course meal at dinner, which was 10/10. "

"Hotel de diseño con vistas estupendas al Duero. Tiene dos piscinas pequeñas, y un gimnasio y spa también pequeños, pero suficientes. El restaurante Raiva ofrece una comida y un servicio excelentes. El sumiller, Pedro, se portó especialmente bien con nosotros, explicando los vinos de la región y teniendo un trato muy amable. El hotel ofrece diversas actividades, como paseos por el Duero, excursiones, etc. Un lugar estupendo para relajarse y desconectar unos días."
