-los pasos para entrar al departamento son mediante mensaje (confusos)
-los pasos a seguir son confusos, largos y si llevas auto es un lío porque no hay donde estacionar.

"I encountered an issue in the apartment that caused significant disturbances and prevented me from sleeping. Despite the efforts of some staff and the time I personally had to invest, no solution was found and no compensation was provided, which I find regrettable.
The apartment is very small and uncomfortable. The table is barely usable, the bed is neither comfortable nor practical, and the sofa is old and uncomfortable. I also found numerous hairs, including in the bed.
I would not recommend...
