"Absolutely excellent stay here. The deputy manager was so lovely and welcoming when she greeted me at reception. Shane was also so lovely! Great staff, clean hotel, good location. I couldn't fault it in any way at all. Thank you for a welcoming stay 😀"
"The hotel was good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent (119) with king size bed and plenty of room. The bathroom was newly decorated and the shower very good.
The room, corridors and reception area were clean and tidy.
The only negative is that there is no food on site and the leisure facilities are no longer open and will probably never re-open.
Food and drink can be found nearby at The Farrier attached to the Premier Inn which was nearly double the price for a nights stay. People who we were meeting stayed there and were disappointed as it was noisy. In contrast, we found The Urban was very quiet.
In summary, I would recommend people to stay here whether they are on a business or leisure trip."

Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s not ostentatious but super comfortable and high quality. The spa area was a fantastic treat. The food in Blossoms was outstanding. The team were discreet, yet warm and friendly.
