There is lots of parking which is unusual in this urban location. Does it feel safe ? The location at street level in a trendy but slightly gritty section of a major Miami Beach street is kinda safe, but kinda not. The clientele appears to be mostly men. The policies are designed for a clientele who are assumed to not necessarily have credit cards."

"If you need a place to crash for a night or two it's perfect. It's a shared house with about 6 - 8 rooms and shared bathroom. Surprisingly enough the bathroom was spotless and people were respectful. $10 a day parking, $3 to do a load of laundry (wash&dry). Again, perfect if you need to crash for a night, charge your laptop, do a load of laundry and shower."
