In this time over priced hotels, way overpriced gas, food, and rent, this place is an absolute find. It’s nice, quiet, clean and not trying to rob you blind. I would recommend it to anyone in need of a good place to stay.

My stays were amazing, because from the hosting company to the staff, I was treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and hospitality. After staying at another hotel in Tamarac where I encountered blatant discourtesy and dismissive attitudes from the manager, this was a breath of fresh air.

It’s a very clean, friendly space, I’ve been there for 3 days, and have no complaints. Only praise. It’s private, quiet and pleasant, located close to bus lines and the train station. I am very grateful for the great hospitality.

If you need a place to crash for a night or two it's perfect. It's a shared house with about 6 - 8 rooms and shared bathroom. Surprisingly enough the bathroom was spotless and people were respectful. $10 a day parking, $3 to do a load of laundry (wash&dry). Again, perfect if you need to crash for a night, charge your laptop, do a load of laundry and shower.

For anyone that needs a bed to sleep that's it. The kitchen and common area pretty well maintained. The restroom was a bit dirty, no rug no toilet paper. But the shower was very nice. The sink only had hot 🔥 water so i could barely wash my hands or teeth. The room I received room 8 has a skating wall to room 7 or 9 that everything could be heard. Even the breathing. I was next to a family with 2 children and it just wasn't the best room. Overall it was an okay stay.

It’s a trap. Out of building code. Nothing like it’s announced on the hotels.com. No Sanctiary, it’s a nightmare.room 8x10, no windows, AC share with the house, a house that was modified out of construction code. Not safe at all. Be aware!

I was booked through VRBO through Expedia hotels as a complimentary stay on behalf of VRBO last minute cancellation. I was informed that it was an apt/hotel meaning it’s a studio apartment from my previous experiences. However upon arrival I realized that it basically is a boarding room house. I appreciate VRBO attempts to rectify an emergency situation but it was nothing positive in comparison to what I had originally booked for myself. When I arrived two men in a car approached me in an aggressive manner. As a solo business class female I didn’t feel safe and felt misled by the photos and categorization of this listing. I left without entering the premises after taking time inside my car to finally have time late at night after a long work day to read all the bad reviews to understand the dynamics of the situation. The manager Jose tried sending me a Airbnb link to a private room inside of a house separate from the house and that’s when I began to feel something was a bit off because why are you sending me a different location with a private room when I’m thinking I’m booking a hotel suite? If I wanted to room with others or share housing premises due to budget restrictions I would have knowingly went in that direction to at least a more comfortable nicer setting SoBE or Miami Beach hostel but in my case my budget was allotted for having at bare minimum my own studio or one bedroom apartment. I didn’t ask for the $10 parking refund because restoring my peace was priceless

Location is practically a modified house to have more than the probable legal limit of rooms and size. The room is small and definitely what you pay for, AC rules show 74 degrees and the AC was a scorching 80 degrees inside making in worse than a motel 6 or anything comparable. I reached out to Expedia to reach out to the property about the AC and representative told me someone will come fix the AC and that “it was never brought up to staff by anyone else”. Mind you there is no onsite staff to talk to, and crazy to think no one complained about 80 degree room temperature. Summer is here, I would avoid this place at all cost for safety. Who knows it could go up to 90-100 and you’ll end up on the news for heat stroke.

I had a terrible experience with this property. They never disclosed that it was a mini condominium with tiny rooms for all the rooms they have in the same house, I had to share the bathroom and kitchen with others tenants. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. They have to be honest and provided all the necessary details in the description, people needs to be better informed about what they are renting. So I leave and rented another place because I couldn’t stay there.

Ways to stay here a couple months back and this time the room was dirty the wall had stains there is nothing to use in the kitchen only I think a Old Dutch oven and an old frying pan luckily we got the biggest room in the house which is the city studio and you have your own private bathroom but it is hot during the day there's no insulation this used to be a little quiet spot for me and my fiance to go to me one of you have a long time but I think this might be the last time we stay here
