Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. We had a flight out of Memphis Intl and stayed here the night before. 18 minutes to the airport. Nice neighborhood, great front desk staff, rooms clean, everything worked, good ambiance. All in all a great middle of the road motel.

Valentino was so kind and helpful at the front desk. The hotel was very clean and safe. My children enjoyed the pool, gym, and lobby area with their decaf coffee. :) if we pass by again, we will def choose to stay here.

Highly recommend this hotel!! It was quiet, clean, and as a woman I felt safe the entire time I was there. Not a huge selection for breakfast but it was still a great stay. It’s a brand new hotel, but the price were great!

This was my 1st time visiting this hotel and I was impressed. It is always a plus for me when there is no carpet in the rooms. I was surprised to see Dove products in the bathroom. The rooms were quiet and the guy who checked us in was friendly. I will definitely be back.

Very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean and updated. Often staying at roadside hotels feels like you have to sacrifice some comfort and cleanliness in order to save a few bucks but that wasn’t the case here. Very pleasantly surprised. Great affordable option and easy access to downtown Memphis. Would stay here for sure if we ever travel this way again.

west memphis gem

we booked 1 night stay but liked the hotel and area so much we stayed another day.The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly.It had a great pool and fitness center.They offered free filtered water and free laundry.It was a very nice quiet area and had a great breakfast.

They don’t know anything about imputing my IHG member number, gave me a room right next to the elevator . Was clean, new, but I can see how this combination of Avid and Candlewood suites would be going down quickly, already only one elevator working.
