"We are travelling across England staying in B & Bs. This is THE BEST one we have come across! The property is beautiful and the hospitality and food was outstanding! "
"The room was very comfortable and spacious with its own separate seating area. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The hosts were a friendly couple and made us feel very welcome. "
"Wow what a view from room and bed comfy and great to stay in car park we had to pay for was bit of a suprise as says parking when booked but great please and great location "
"Pros:
- Very Clean
- Spacious Flat
- Very Smart Kitchen
- Comfortable Bedding
- Very Modern Bathroom
- Close to the town and Sea
- provided us Fresh Bread, Bacon and Better
Cons:
- This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one
- It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around
- If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door.

"Lorena and Dan were so friendly and helpful. The property is set up on a hill with gorgeous views of Saint Ives. I received a free upgrade and the room was spectacular. Highly recommend. Short walk into town for good restaurants and shopping."

"We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Originally we planned only 2 nights, but decided to extend, because we liked it so much, so we had a chance to try more than one rooms. The location is beautiful, the rooms looked great, the beds were comfy and the staff were super friendly and helpful."
"Lovely place to stay for a night on the way to the Isles of Scilly. As I was on very early ferry - especially appreciated the freshly prepared takeaway breakfast. Thank you."
"Wanted a few days away to see some of the attractions around the area. For 3 adults this was ideal accommodation. Everything we needed was there. Even an on site indoor pool. We didn’t use it but it was a fair size. Very quiet and lovely views of the countryside. The owner sent us details of check in etc and quickly answered emails. "
"Great location next to trains, and a fantastic pub/hotel with a very welcoming & friendly vibe. I wasn't expecting breakfast so this was a bonus to me! That said, rather pricey and not too good at being environmentally minded (single use plastics for soap and tiny bottles for example)."
