"Look no further The Lovina is the place to stay for genuine hospitality and an experience you will carry home with you. The service was exceptional, but it was the people who made our stay unforgettable. Efa deserves special recognition. The warmth, patience, and genuine care Efa showed us made us feel truly valued, never like just another reservation. Efa was one of the biggest reasons this trip meant so much to us. Efa and Indra did far more than drive us around Bali. They shared their stories, answered our countless questions, and taught us about Balinese culture, religion, traditions, and everyday life. They helped us understand their home rather than simply see it. Those conversations turned a beautiful holiday into something deeply meaningful. "Our first trip to Bali these people are wonderful people and staff were wonderful. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get a hot shower. There wasn’t enough continuous hot water. Maybe we’re spoiled, but we paid quite a bit per night for this room even more than we paid other places, I would expect to be able to take a five minute hot shower even a three minute hot shower."
