A huge number of steep stairs to get to and from the room that I was not aware of when I booked; so challenging that if I had known about them, I would not have stayed there. At one point a staff member accused me of trespassing. Different staff members gave me different instructions about how to enter the building. Location was its strong point. "

"Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Additionally, there are a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel and we enjoyed...
