"It was clean and modern, quite basic, very convenient for an early flight from Bordeaux Merignac. There are several restaurants within walking distance and one in the hotel itself. Only quibble is lack of zero alcohol beer in the bar. "

When i ask for an aspirin (none at the distributor, but somehow condoms?!) at midnight to the concierge she told me she didn t have any and didn t feel the least concern for my splitting migraine and my ready to die look on my face.... sorry will never go back. Money is no object. I can pay more for people that know how to smile and are ready to help their customers. "

"Fall off the tram at the first stop from the aeroport and you are at the hotel . Very good for solo late arrivals . Great receprion, quirky rooms and style but with everyyhing you need ( lift too, no kettle normal for french hotels). Fab breakfast included ununual for french hotels...cheese eggs meat greads pastries, fruits yoghurt and excellent coffee"
