"The room was big, very clean, the bed was really comfy and the stuff (we engaged with Claire at the reception, she was extremely helpful and polite) was great. We enjoyed our stay, and if we come to the area again, we will stay here without hesitation."
"Very friendly people working at the hotel. The hotel has very unique furnishings. The breakfast was very French with cheeses, bread, fruit, plus two coffee machines. Excellent value.The hotel is very close to the airport. Across the stret there is a train shuttle stop that will tak you to downtown Bordeaux, or to the airport. We're starying again on our way home"
"Will not be staying again. The staff are lovely and tried their best to speak English but that’s about it.
The hotel room is tiny can barely walk around. The bed very uncomfortable, spider webs in corners, it’s old and needs updating.
Air con not working, opened the window instead but our room was next to smokers outside and the smell was coming into the rooms.

"Excellent service. Early entry into room. Very spacious and bathroom was so big. Staff were very pleasant. Looking forward to coming back for our next stay in a week's time"
"Beautifully appointed room. Quiet and private location. Well appointed gym although very small. Nice pool and sauna but with weird rules that aren’t obviously published anywhere - expect a telling off from the ‘wellness’ staff if you don’t follow the mystery rules! Bar is very nice, a great space to relax and service there was outstanding. Restaurant looked lovely too, but with dinner service not starting until 7pm, we didn’t bother - plenty of other equally good/better options nearby. We didn’t have a car, but the bus and trams in Bordeaux are cheap, regular and safe, and the hotel is less than five minutes from stops in almost every direction. "
