"Initial impression down an ordinary street in a built up suburb was not great, but once inside the quirky, bohemian accommodation we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable and Laurence, our host, was very friendly. She gave us recommendations for dinner and tips on getting into Bordeaux via tram. Breakfast was delicious and Laurence chatted easily with us. "

We did the same things this year too, but when we arrived, we were surprised. This year, they change the cleaning policy, and we don’t like it. "After reading some reviews on this hotel I wondered what I had booked. Our stay was excellent, staff were helpful and personable and could speak English, which is always a bonus. The room was clean, well looked after and comfortable. Breakfast was a continental buffet style eat as much or as little as you wanted, with plenty of tea, coffee and fresh fruit drinks. They only thing that I would like to see is the facility of tea/coffee in the room. A pleasant experience. We would stay again."
