The property was very conveniently located, and was really spacious and clean. We were very close to the tram line, plus shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a lovely, roomy place to stay. Although there isn’t much to do or see in the immediate area, it is quiet, and the center of town is just a tram ride away.

Easy access to the Metro, the apartment was spacious. A bit lacking in maintenance- bathroom tap was loose and board next to dishwasher was falling apart. Air conditioning wasn’t good, not a lot of extras, and had to ask for use of iron as none in room though had an ironing board. Not a terrible place, but it needs some TLC.

Appartement grand , propre et bien aménagé

Excellent rapport qualité prix. L'appartement est très grand. Parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes avec 2 ados. L'état était impeccable, propre, bien aménagé. Il manquait un oreiller pour les enfants, l'accueil nous l'a apporté tout de suite. Les pièces sont grandes. La cuisine dispose de tout ce qu'il faut. Salle de bain propre, serviettes propres. Vraiment impeccable. Pour se garer il y a des places autour. Nous avons tout de même préféré le parking souterrain à 10€. Il y a quelques places réservées à l'hôtel. Je vous conseille d'y aller d'abord à pied pour repérer votre place. La place 25 est grande et assez accessible. En conclusion : Une étape reposante pour continuer notre voyage le lendemain.

Profitant d'une offre, cet appartement est très bien placé au pied du tram (15 mn au centre de Bordeaux). le coin est assez calme. L'appartement est grand et bien équipé. Dommage que ma literie du canapé lit soit très mauvaise et qu'il soit totalement abîmé;

Très beau studio, très bien situé

Studio 42m², parfait pour une famille de 4 ou 5 (avec un enfant en bas-âge). Très propre, équipé, climatisation fonctionnelle, écran plat. Chambre spacieuse avec rangements. Canapé clic-clac très confortable.Très bien situé, à 50m du tramway qui dépose en moins de 10min au centre ville de Toulouse. Proximité de tous commerces. Parking payant du lundi au samedi sur les rues aux alentours, mais à 150m, parking spacieux et gratuit ! Bref à recommandé !

Großes Appartment, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung (Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank etc.), wir hätten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer, aber Aussicht nur auf Hinterhof, nach vorne ist direkt die Straßenbahn. Bett war sehr bequem. Eingangsbereich draußen nicht sehr schön, drinnen alles gut und sauber. Zugangscode außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten per Email erhalten.

Très bon séjour, appartement agréable et confortable,très bien situé,tout a proximité,réveil avec les cloches de l église . Petit bruit la nuit dans l appartement. Très bon accueil,petit déjeuner minimaliste mais correct par rapport au prix.
