Très bonne situation : tous commerces et restaurants à proximité. Immeuble calme. Le studio est spacieux. Agréable terrasse. Très bonne communication avant notre arrivée (par téléphone et par mail). Petit bémol : la robinetterie de la baignoire demanderai à être changée.

Erreur à notre arrivée car la clé n'avait pas été laissée dans le coffre sécurisé pour une arrivée tardive. Un numéro d'urgence nous a permis de régler la situation avec l'arrivée d'une personne en 20-30 min. Nous avons remonté notre mécontentement à l'hôtelier et celui-ci a été transmis à la plateforme hotels.com qui a parfaitement traité le point. Au final, même si nous n'avons pas apprécié ce désagrément à 22h30, nous souhaitons partager que le service clients est très efficace et à l'écoute de ses clients !
