"Property location and staff are great. I wasn’t gross out, but it wasn’t great. There was no hot water. And I mean I let the shower run and it never warmed up. Sink and kitchen sink got warm. No blankets. Just a sheet and a waffle like thin cover on bed. I froze and that was after turning temp up. ..."
