"Crystal was a gem! We arrived about 1AM and she was cheerful and kind. She got us checked in quickly offered us amenities before we left the desk. She followed up the next day with a text message checking on our stay and if we needed anything to, please let her know. Rooms were clean, well lit and clean towels every day. I look forward to staying there again on another visit."

"Room was clean and pretty big for the price as it came with like a little living area. Staff was super nice. Parking was easy. Seemed like a safe area although we didn’t go out and about. Traveled with myself (woman and 3 kids) and I didn’t feel unsafe. Breakfast could have more variety but it did come with a hot breakfast. "

"The rooms need to be updated. The bathrooms are small and the sink is out in the open, no privacy. It would be beneficial to have table or a desk for eating. Would also suggest a TV that swivels."

"Great stay everyone so nice. A little ways from town but everything is. Nice park next door very pet friendly no pet smell ."

"Baton Rouge in general struggles with customer service. The Hilton as a brand should be ashamed their front desk staff, valets and restaurant staff fall so short of professional standards. There must be zero training. These young people have zero hospitality training. The housekeeping is sub-par which is constant with Baton Rouge hotels but the rudeness was extra, extra. This isn’t even to mention the night the fire alarm went off for three hours and these clowns could not get it together. Many frieghtened children standing in the street in their pajamas with drunk people smoking and a wedding reception and it was disgusting. You will die here if there is a fire between the ignorance and apathy."
