"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. "The beach front location, stunning views, crystal clear water, and proximity to the port is excellent. Unfortunately this is where the positives for this hotel end. The service and attention to detail is severely lacking and not consistent with what is expected of a 5 star resort. There are plenty of staff onsite, but they make little effort to greet or speak with guests, the breakfast service is utterly disorganised, and you have to constantly chase down people to get service. This is a 4 star establishment at best with a 5 star price tag. Very disappointing"
