We arrived at a 3 star all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect this!
Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the price and the offer the hotel gives!

It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being....

"Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλληλότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο."
"Renligheden var helt i top og super søde personale. Poolen var meget slidt børnepoolen var nærmest så slidt at man ikke kunne være bekendt at sende sine børn der ned og den store pool var også slidt hvor der manglede flere musaiksten. Sengen på værelset manglede topmadress hvilket gjorde at den var mindre behagelig at sove på. Hovedpuderne var så store at man fik undt i nakken af at ligge på dem. Men udover de få ting var det et super godt hotel "

"Enjoyed one day/ night between flights. Less than 30 minutes from airport. Clean and spacious room. Beautiful pool and outdoor spaces , nice walking path along ocean will multiple little beaches. Lunch buffet was good but 30euro a person was overpriced for lunch. Few nice restaurants within walking distance and marina was a short walk. Would stay again."
"Our stay in one of the Bungalows This Aug 2025 was brilliant. We were close to all the facilities and had a separate bedroom from the kids, plus a well equipped kitchen. The AI food was very good with a great selection for us and our kids. Having the beach right on our doorstep with so many water sports was also great. The staff were all kind and so helpful - especially as I arrived on crutches. They transported us and the luggage to our bungalow on arrival - thanks to the guy in reception - and the head of the restaurant- was very welcoming, helpful and kind. Yes the entertainment was in French but we were prepared for that and joined in when we could ie. with the pool activities. Our kids didn’t do the clubs but they had their own separate pools too - although it was probably French speaking.
We had a brilliant time and we’d go back. Thanks to all who made us so welcome and to the hotel facilities for providing everything we needed for a very special holiday. "
"George was the perfect host. He drove us down to the ocean where the restaurants are located several times. There was a fruit salad waiting for us on the fridge when we arrived. He gave us grapes from his garden on another day. He gave us advice on getting around the area by bus and regaled us with stories about Greece and his past. "
"Plenty of street parking to be found, and breakfast by the pool in the morning was great. Rooms were very nice, and enjoyed the sound of the waves from the balcony. "
"We reserve last minute and were able to get a room. If you want a lively place for the weekend this is your spot. They closed the streets surrounding the hotel and nearby hotels for partying all night long. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommended."
