As taxis a and private hire cars are unable to enter the park, the hotel provides a shuttle service to ferry their guests from the National Park entrance to the hotel (11km distance, 20-minute journey). The hotel staff was wonderful, from reception staff to housekeeping to the wait...

We had an amazing time with the staff from the bell hop, to the front desk, to the concierge, housekeeping and restaurant team - I felt like I was getting Disney resort level service. The rooms were great - the hotel lobby and dining space were very nice. And the whole place was surrounded by jungle, yet close to everything. Pool deck area was wonderful as well, though some of the tiles were worn. They also have a spa and we had a great massage there. ...

"Executive room was large. Grounds were beautiful. I had one of the best 50 min deep tissue massages for $30. Liquor prices were reasonable and chips at the casino were only 50 per cent. They had fixed prices for taxis-which were beautiful new cars with professional drivers. $14 to the Argentina falls-$32 to Brazil. "

"Nice hotel in deplorable maintenance conditions. Dirtiest carpets and couches I've ever seen. Carpets in the hallways and within the bedrooms had deep stains all throughout. Our mattress and bedsheets had stains on them as well. It's really a pity because the property has potential, but evidently the decision has been made to not invest a dime in maintaining it."
