"I had stayed at that hotel several times before and it was very good, but on this occasion, the carpet was very dirty and the air conditioning wasn't working properly."

"Some issues but the staff was able to accommodate the problems. First room the ac was out, second room had a clogged sink and clogged shower tub. Very friendly staff for the most part and things happen sometimes so it’s understandable. The overall hotel was clean, and appeared in decent condition. They were quick to attempt repairs. Overall, I would use them again due to the staff and their efforts to correct the issues. I’m sure it was a fluke, and I would not expect this to be a regularly occurring inconvenience. Otherwise it was a nice place at a reasonable price. Well lit parking area with on-site security that actually patrolled. If you’re staying more than a day, I would request more coffee packs in the room, as they only service the room every two days. "

"Tub and bathroom area wasn't cleaned very well. The rest of the room was ok. My room was on 3rd floor and during check in my room card didnt work so i had to return to get a new key. Around midnight someone decided to pull the fire alarm and woke up withe the fire alarm full blast. Around 30 mins or so all clear but that really ruined the night. Didnt see anyone from the hotel come and explain what occured and follow up on the safety of those staying at the hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again."

"The staff were horrible and very on top of my business they made me feel bad during the breakfast and making sure I put the right guests to eat and made me feel so uncomfortable "

"Broken vending machines, extensive incidentals list with prices but little to no incidentals in inventory. Staff never at the counter. Thread bare outside signage. Requested no maid service, they cleaned room anyway. Everything in room had sticky surfaces."
