We liked that the hotel was quiet.
We didn't like how dirty the room was.
1. On the side of the bed closest to the window, the brown draping around the bed and the platform of the bed, was covered in vomit.
2. Second day, brown draping was changed but the vomit on the bed platform was still not cleaned up.
3. The water in this room, made the room smell like someone had gone potty but did not flush.
4. Same smell of water, from vanity sink.
5. Carpeting throughout this room was really dirty.
6.On Sunday night, our actual anniversary night, we went outfor a nice dinner. We arrived back to our room tired and late.
7. Guess what we encountered!!! BED BUGS!!! We called the front desk. The person who answered the phone asked "what is it that you want me to do?" Seriously? No night manager! Couldn't leave front desk to verify...but I got pictures. She finally decided she would move us to an "upgraded" room. It was the same as our other room, minus stinking water, vomit, BED BUGS,
8. Carpet was a little cleaner than our earlier room.
9. Upon checkout, 4/1...I asked to see the manager. Informed he would not be arriving for at least another 30-45 minutes. Told we could wait.
10. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER TO CONTACT ME, AS THE CLERK SAID SHE COULD NOT CLOSE OUT MY PORTFOLIO, THAT THE MANAGER HAD TO TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUES.
I CALLED THE HOTEL LATER IN THE DAY AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER.
I was told he was unavailable but I could leave a message. It's 9:45pm.No call back!
