We were not disappointed. Everything was fresh clean. The grounds are beautiful. The staff was exceptional at the front desk even helped us carry our luggage to our room.

Did not realize restaurants and casino were in a different building than the hotel, so slightly inconvenient. Surprised no free breakfast. But staff was excellent helping out when I discovered I booked the wrong date.

Mostly was upset at house keeping check out was at 11:00 am at 10:30 they knocking on the door which had a do not disturb sign on it we told them we was getting packed up then. At 10:50 they were knocking again and we told them we we're getting close to being ready to leave and at 11:10 they were knocking again we checked out at 11:15 am mad my wife very upset

Great location and generally the property was great. Just some personal feedback , the room was dusty and given you can only open the windows about 5cm it was hard to get air flow. Understand that people can smoke cigars but it should be done that won't effect others . As we walked out to check the pool out , 2 guests were smoking cigars and the odour was very overwhelming to a point it impacted my wife well-being. Maybe some smoking areas should be created so it doesn't impact others. Thanks

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Unfortunately the building only had one elevator, which was slow and constantly filled with guest and their golf gear/luggage. It was a real pain trying to get in and out of your room. There is a free morning coffee bar that opens at 5am which was nice, however while I was in there a homeless guy came in, got himself a cup of coffee and started digging in the trash. He wasn’t obnoxious or bothering guests but several people came in, saw him and left. Not a good look.

One of the nicer hotels to stay in the area. Bedding was nice, bed was comfortable. Pillows were hard, probably needed to be replaced. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were nicely kept up and a beautiful peaceful atmosphere away from the casinos. There are no late night dining options. I had to walk to another casino to eat. Other than that, I would stay again. Staff was very helpful and nice.

This hotel is clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub area are small but very nice. We had a garden room with access to the courtyard, which was great at the end of a long golf day. The rooms are very large and the beds are very comfortable.

We did not expect the casino to be separated from the hotel and you needed to walk across the street to get there. The walk is partially covered but not enough so weather could cause a problem. The pool (heated) and two hot tubs were both great and open until 11so you could enjoy them later in the evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The biggest disappoint was the strong smoking smell in the casino. They need a better ventilation system or become non-smoking.

When arriving everything seems to be nice and maintained. Checking in was simple we got our keys went to our room only to find a man in our room that said ooh sorry not sure why they gave you this room it is out of service. So then went back to the front desk and told them they seemed puzzled try to figure out what was going on after they made a few phone calls they said so sorry there has been some kind of confusion. They said we can have a room ready for you in about an hour mind you have already unpacked the car because we did already checked in so now we have to take everything back to the car and we were traveling with 3 small children. Super frustrating. They did offer us to get in the pool but we had no wjere to change or couldn't un pack our stuff because no where to put it. All they could say was sorry. When asked for our money back they dont do refunds I would have to contact xyz... and it was not guaranteed. So after waiting they give us a room that the shower handle is broken the curtains dont close stains on the floor and hair still in the shower from who knows when. And to top it all off they have your complementary water for 4.00 people dump thousands of dollars i. To these places and not even a complementary water just a broken down dirty room.

We liked that the hotel was quiet. We didn't like how dirty the room was. 1. On the side of the bed closest to the window, the brown draping around the bed and the platform of the bed, was covered in vomit. 2. Second day, brown draping was changed but the vomit on the bed platform was still not cleaned up. 3. The water in this room, made the room smell like someone had gone potty but did not flush. 4. Same smell of water, from vanity sink. 5. Carpeting throughout this room was really dirty. 6.On Sunday night, our actual anniversary night, we went outfor a nice dinner. We arrived back to our room tired and late. 7. Guess what we encountered!!! BED BUGS!!! We called the front desk. The person who answered the phone asked "what is it that you want me to do?" Seriously? No night manager! Couldn't leave front desk to verify...but I got pictures. She finally decided she would move us to an "upgraded" room. It was the same as our other room, minus stinking water, vomit, BED BUGS, 8. Carpet was a little cleaner than our earlier room. 9. Upon checkout, 4/1...I asked to see the manager. Informed he would not be arriving for at least another 30-45 minutes. Told we could wait. 10. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER TO CONTACT ME, AS THE CLERK SAID SHE COULD NOT CLOSE OUT MY PORTFOLIO, THAT THE MANAGER HAD TO TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUES. I CALLED THE HOTEL LATER IN THE DAY AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER. I was told he was unavailable but I could leave a message. It's 9:45pm.No call back!

Nice, clean, and modern and quiet. The hotel is a separate building from the casino, so no need to wander through a casino to check on. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
