"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The only reason for the three star on the staff is because they accidentally shattered my wine and wine glass at lunch and it spilt all over me and my brand new purse. I had to get a new lunch made and a new wine poured while I was soaked and they didn’t even comp a single thing. Just not used to that type of service."

"I am so glad we chose UNA over hotels in Taormina. Our room is spacious with gorgeous views. We dined at the Le Grande on the first night. The food was delicious and the setting was so lovely. The pool and sun decks have beautiful views too. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Best of all you get the most amazing view of Mt. Etna and Taormina."
