"This hotel is a hidden gem, we stayed here the night before our cruise transfer from the airport. It’s good price, well located and the breakfast was delicious. The room was in excellent condition and was more than enough for a short stay. The reception staff were phenomenal - even the one I Scared half to death lol"

"We used it for a one night stopover. Close to the train station and very good late check in.. nearly 2am because of our flight time landing after midnight. We had called a few days ahead to advise our late arrival… recommend you do this in case they give your room away. Not so easy to find late check in on a budget in the area. We had our own room which was clean and a good size. It’s a big place but felt good and safe. Optional breakfast was basic and not the nicest room to start the day, but good value and good for budget vs. being fed and ready to go for the day. We would stay there again."

"Excellent hotel and local to buses/airport. My daughters absolutely loved the pool — they were more excited about spending time at the hotel than sightseeing around Italy! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed for a proper break. The complimentary croissants were also incredible — easily a 10/10. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a comfortable stay."

"This hotel was fabulous. The front desk helped to organize our trip to the airport after 2 nights here. The room fit 4 very comfortably. 2 showers was awesome, saved a lot of time. The elevator is very small, but we were on the 1st floor, and took the stairs a lot. The towels are super absorbent and feel great. There were slippers, shower caps and toiletry kits in the bathroom. The shower body/hair wash smelled fantastic. Lots of towels! The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. The safe also worked very well. Right across the street from the Venezia Mestre Train Station - super handy for going to and from Venezia St. Lucia station."

"We only stayed for one night before flying out of Venice. The property met all of our needs. However, the thermostat was not working. I later found out that the AC was controlled by the front desk which was not something I have come across before. But they did turn it on after I asked them which was nice. There was also an issue with our washroom. The fan only turned on once the light was turned off, but would not turn on when the lights were turned on. The front desk said it was a maintenance issue and would need to be fixed. The room itself was nice. I will say, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and had a lot of variety. It was very convenient especially since we had to catch a flight the next morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here."
