"Very convenient on Cerillos in Santa Fe. Near Meow Wolf and many dining options. The room was well kept and comfortable and not expensive. The breakfast was also very good and parking was very convenient. A great stay and would go back!"
"My friend who was going to host me in his home got sick so I unexpectedly needed an affordable place on short notice for a 1-night stay at 11 pm following a Santa Fe skywatching event. Coyote South was perfect for the occasion.
A kind desk person received me even so late at night, I found a much-needed glass of fresh cool water in the lobby, the room had a comfy king bed (soo grateful for fresh, soft sheets without a strong detergent smell), a nice shower, a great in-room coffee maker (tip: better coffee in the room than in the breakfast room - or at least my European friends would think so), a small freezer above the fridge, and there were some nice juniper bushes out my window instead of a barren parking lot. Just what I needed...unpretentious, economical comfort. I will for sure be back again when needing an affordable but comfortable stay in Santa Fe. Oh did I mention the supercool starry mural in the lobby? Loved it! But I may be a bit biased given my love for the stars."
"The breakfast was just okay. Just the basics nothing extra. Not enough hot water at night or morning. No caffeinated tea bags in the morning. After traveling for a week the exact same breakfast gets old. The one we stayed at in Omaha, NE had a huge fruit bar with fresh cantaloupe, pineapple, kiwis, apples, bananas and oranges. So nice! Sweet rolls, biscuits and gravy along with omelettes, potatos, sausage patties, and bacon! It was soooo nice! Loved it!!! Will always stay there when driving through!"
"Pool was disgusting and the property has numerous homeless around.
Staff was good and the room was good but antiquated.
The windows are so bad I got out of bed because it sounded like it was wide open with the amount of noise from outside."
"Room was ok but hallway smelled, gym was bare, and gym bathroom was very dirty. The hotel met my need for a place to rest my head at night at a reasonable price but I would advise the hotel to clean up and refresh the hallways and gym for more pleasant stay. Also, there was no water in the pool (in May) and the outdoor area wasn't really a place where I wanted to sit outside and read."
