"Upon checking in, we realized the refrigerator was not working, yet it was plugged in. We went downstairs to let the front desk worker know, but were told that she was at the other building. We relayed the message about the refrigerator to the man who was cleaning. Then we left, only to return to the situation not being handled and our leftovers that we brought back had to be trashed. As we were checking out, I informed the clerk and he said there was no request submitted for it to be fixed."

"Hotel was good. Our toilet wouldn’t flush and maintenance came right up and fixed the problem. We had free breakfast at the hotel and it took a very long time , a very long time , they forgot about our order but they made up for it."
