"There was stains on the coffee cups in the room but overall my stay was good."

"Pros: good pillows, clean shower/bathroom Staff is great, breakfast is decent, gym is good for basic workout better than many hotel gyms, good central location, blackout shades are dine right with no light allowed in. I can’t express how helpful and wonderful the shades were! Pool table and lobby lounge is nice. Cons: stayed in room #404. Biggest complaint is Tyvola Rd noise is too much. Not so much you couldn’t sleep but definitely ever present and annoying. Some noise form other rooms as well. Overall this is a great place to stay. I would stay again but would try for a room on the other end of the hotel away from Tyvola Rd. Staff is helpful and courteous. There are two other hotels run by Hilton in basically the same parking lot. I would be interested to see how they compare. "

"Breakfast was plain, eggs were not fresh and were watery, bathroom conditions looked old, floor and wall seals were not good, broken shampoo holder inside tub, also TV was old, tv screen picture was faded cannot see sports or movies too clear"

"It was a quiet business park area, but the room was ok, bed was super low and the room, but it was handicap, not aure how I booked it, most likely did not pay attention… Still, it was not the best or the worse. Other customers were respectful but were hanging outside more than other hotels I stayed at. It was loud as well since our room was on first floor near entrance, no dark blinds to sleep in the morning. Staff was ok and friendly. I don’t like that you have to exchange your towels and bedding and you pretty much do your own housekeeping if needed. "

"My husband and I love staying here everytime we come to charlotte! This is the second time we’ve stayed here! The breakfast is great, the rooms are clean! The beds are soft. We will be back "
