"Parking was easy. Check in was easy when I got to my room there was hair in the tub something all over the sink the floor disgusting Beds were disgusting too"

"Do not trust the high rating on Expedia. Very misleading. This is what you’d expect in a cheap motel. The rooms have no sound-proofing. Very musty smelling. Black gunk in the showers. Paint peeling off the walls. The water wasn’t even lukewarm in the shower, and the pressure was inexistent. "

"Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. However: 1) The water dispenser in the Fitness room would not dispense water. The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins. 2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details. 3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived. 4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. Lots of dust still on the floor. Pieces of trim left on the floor. Whomever was doing the remodeling obviously wasn't trained properly to clean up before they left. 5) The "lamp" on the desk/work area was broken. Still functional, if you were clever. But broken."

"Very nice accommodations right in the heart of uptown. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. It’s always our preferred hotel when we are in town. "
