"We have stayed here in the past and this property never disappoints! Always clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast is always fresh and hot. My only complaint would be they need to have hot chocolate available next to the coffee counter in the lobby year round. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Memphis and the surrounding areas. This location is close to everything especially restaurants with a multitude to choose from. 5 Stars for sure!"

"Room was large and spacious and perfect for our 5. Pool was not open and restaurant was closed due to some fryer being down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and welcoming. She was very professional. I could tell they take pride in their work when she cleaned up the coffee area before placing the coffee urn back in it's spot. Our room was clean and spacious. It was annoying how the bathroom light was on the outside near the sink. But it couldn't be placed on the inside of the bathroom because of the shower wall. The curtains also did not close all the way, so there was a sliver of light peeking through. The beds were not very comfortable, but we slept fine. The breakfast in the morning was great! The staff was friendly and helped problem solve when there were no more bowls. In case youre like me and like to know what was there, they had real scrambled eggs, bacon, tortillas, a salsa bar, potatoes, make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, hard boiled eggs, and fruit. If we are ever in the Germantown/Memphis area again, we will stay here. The area felt safe, the grounds were well kept, and grocery stores and restsurants were nearby."

"The staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well supplied, including better tasting coffee than most hotel free breakfast bars. The location was lovely, with direct access to the Germantown Greenway, a paved walking path along by the Wolf River. We enjoyed a morning walk before checking out. We will stay here again."
