"The hotel has a free shuttle that took us to Cleveland clinic and hotel allowed us to leave our vehicle in their parking lot. They came back and got us after our appt. It was wonderful. We were not familiar with the clinic campuses so it helped immensely."

"There was a note on the wall by the thermostat that the noisy, creaky air conditioner was controlled at the window. The receptionist knew the Wi-Fi password but did not know which one of the 5 or 6 Wi-Fi networks available was the hotel's Wi-Fi network. A fire alarm at 4:24 AM emptied the entire hotel. There was no obvious indication at the elevators as to where the exit stairs might be. This is a safety over site. After we found the stairs and exited, we just got into our car and drove...
