"Amazing place to stay with exceptional views. This place was spotless in every way. Service was impeccable. This is definitely a diamond. I will be staying here again."
"Amazing beautiful historical hotel on the Zocalo. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Great buffet breakfast. Rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Superb view of the cathedral & the square from the upstairs restaurant."
"The location is excellent and I didn't know this when booking but there is a small cafe in the lobby where one can get espresso, tortilla soup, or other food options all day for free. The breakfast (not served out of the cafe but different) was amazing so the benefit of water, coffee and food was a great value. Hotel is also very pretty and the staff were exceptionally nice. "

"The property has many amenities such as free, hot breakfast, small gym, and free laundry facilities (you provide your laundry detergent and dryer sheets). We used the concierge services. Edgar set up the drivers/tour guides that were professional, bilingual, and flexible. Thank you to Edgar for his time. We will stay here every time we visit Mexico City."
"The property grounds were nice and clean. Hospitality was superb. Breakfast was amazing, so many options, and the food was delicious. Very convenient to many popular locations around the hotel. "
