J’ai choisi cet Ibis Styles à l’ouverture en m’appuyant sur des articles et une notation qui laissaient espérer une belle expérience. Malheureusement mon séjour a été loin des attentes : À l’arrivée la première chambre avait la TV qui ne fonctionnait pas. On m’a proposé une autre chambre immédiatement, mais celle-ci était deux fois plus petite, sans table de chevet et avec des finitions clairement insuffisantes. Problème de nuisance sonore : un voisin mettait sa TV à fond, la chambre n’est pas isolée. À la réception, aucun membre du personnel ne m’a accompagné pour vérifier que la seconde chambre était correcte ; j’ai dû m’en occuper seul. Le pire: j’ai une chambre moins confortable pour le même prix, sans la moindre excuse ni geste commercial. Le matin, le petit-déjeuner manquait d’éléments basiques: pas de thé noir/vert, seulement deux infusions. On m’a répondu qu’ils n’avaient pas été livrés. Le choix du lait est limité (seulement du lait sucré), ce qui est surprenant pour un établissement qui vient d’ouvrir. Points positifs : emplacement mais ils ne compensent pas les manques opérationnels à l’ouverture. Conclusion : Pour une ouverture, l’hôtel manque de préparation et de contrôle qualité. Je recommande de reporter la réservation jusqu’à ce que la direction ait résolu ces problèmes.
