"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. "Very well facilitated hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location for the Christmas market with fantastic views from the room. There’s also lots of eating options close by. The hotel also has a free hot drinks and light snacks station to use during your stay. We brought the wrong travel adaptor with us thinking the usual EU adapter would work but the staff were very helpful and provided us with a plug for a deposit which was removed after it was returned. "
