"This review is hard to write. This hotel had some amazing things about it and some not so amazing things. Let’s start off with the good- I love the resort is small. We went with a big group of people, and we could always find each other. The beach is amazing. The jungle view is stunning. Having a two bedroom and two bathroom unit with children is hard to beat. There were so many activities and programming for the kids. The swim up bar was a blast and the shows in the evening were fabulous. Buttttt the food was not so great. They only allowed six people per reservation and we had a group of over 20. I will say that they did a great job accommodating us, but it seems silly when the restaurant is half empty that they couldn’t just take us all at the same time. The food wasn’t the best although it wasn’t the worst. There were some things that were good especially the ice cream and ice cream cones. Two big complaints- they started to play loud music at the outside bar at 10:30pm at night until after 11 PM and it woke us up multiple nights. Also quite a bit of our group got sick. I don’t think it was food poisoning. I have a feeling it was something to do with the water. Overall, we had an amazing time and have a memorable trip!"
