"The resort is very clean and well maintained. Very good selection of restaurants but never had an amazing meal. All food is average at best. Great waitstaff at all areas as everyone was welcoming and willing to help with anything. The beach is very treacherous and swimming is not recommended and many times not allowed due to the extreme surf and rip tides. I thought it was very well laid put property. I will definitely book again. "

"Is a wonderful location and hotel is very nice but when we go ar Tijuana needs more flexibility for check in because when we finish medical appointments most important is back at hotel and get the room asap, I understood depend of room is available and occupancy but for medical appointments I woukd like more flexibility to get room between around 10am instead 3pm"

"This all-inclusive resort is ideally located just steps from the beach and boasts a beautiful, well-maintained pool. A unique highlight is the presence of live flamingos, fishes and iguanas. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. While the hotel is older, it is very well maintained and retains a welcoming atmosphere. The food is different from what we’ve experienced at other all-inclusives—more Mexican-inspired than American—but we always found something delicious and never went hungry. One thing to note: you need to check in with the hostess before being seated for meals. We didn’t know about this on our first day, which caused some confusion, but it was smooth sailing once we understood the system. Overall, it’s a unique and enjoyable place to stay by the ocean. We’ll be back."
