"Disappointed that the shuttle from the airport stopped at 11:00 PM, our flight landed at 11:05 PM. Had to pay for taxi from international terminal. However, Victoria at check in was very helpful. Bed was comfy and clean. Some maintenance issues in the lobby and and elevator areas, but appeared to be mainly cosmetic. Very convenient to the airport for a one night stay. Would stay again."

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout, and the rooftop views of the cathedral and National Palace were a highlight. Great value for the location. We'd happily stay here again."
