"This hotel is brand new and it was a perfect stay in Roma Norte. We were traveling with a 6 month old baby so we were looking for something with good AC, quiet rooms, and blackout curtains. That’s hard to find in Roma Norte and we are lucky that this place opened just in time. There was a bit of a confusion on our room type when we arrived, but the front desk went out of their way to fix it and make sure we had a good stay. Great location, great service, great rooms! I would definitely stay...

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Alejandro & Ramón, who went above and beyond with my luggage and made check-in seamless. Inside, everything was spotless, modern, and brand new. "Do not recommend. I originally reserved the room for 2 nights but ran away after the first night. We arrived around midnight. It took forever to check in, the operator was super slow and looked scary, the lobby walls were full of ads about hourly room rental (we all know what that means). The room was dirty and smelt bad. 2 different TVs from rooms around us were left on all night long and we could not sleep. Don't fall for the low price, there are better hotels around."

"A great hostel in a great location.
Price was fantastic.
Rooms were clean and property was well maintained.
Good showers, again clean.
Good storage in the rooms (stayed in a shared dorm of 6 people).
Beds were comfy and there’s daily housekeeping. If you need anything, just get in touch with the owners, who are kind and welcoming.
There’s a rooftop area where you can relax with a seat and a drink, should you wish. Good chunk is covered, too, in case the rain comes on.
