"Nice place if you are on a budget. Great location. My favorite part was the lady in the kitchen walking out when you come inside the entry. Hot water needs work. Otherwise if you are on a budget and never been the mexico this is a great place to start. Residential and you can walk anywhere. "

People were very friendly and helpful. The doors are not very soundproof, but it is a small B&B with not many guests, so in the end it was not a bother.
