In this situation you could request a room change and my co-workers are well trained to make it real. In other chance, we also can look for the noise origin and mitigate it. The property was nice, clean and convenient to get to. Staff was helpful. The only negative was that we were woken up multiple times during the night with door slamming and people talking loudly in the hallway. Would highly recommend and will return (with earplugs to minimise the disruption) :)

Great hotel right in the airport. A little tricky to get to from Terminal 2 but otherwise a convenient location. Nice room and hotel lobby. Service is great too.

The receptionist rude and zero attention to get my family to the terminal. Instead of offering solutions they let you solve it yourself. It’s not a 2 star hotel to treat guests like that.

Efficient layover stay
Small but efficient hotel. Easy for a layover. Transition between the terminals is a bit tedious thiughbthis was also due to aeromeico app not working when we were asked for boarding passes at various checkooints. The sign says it is 25 min between terminals and that was pretty accurate. Was a little difficult to find though the instructions were helpful. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Good shower though it did leak a bit onto bathroom floor. Breakfast was not included in this rate but we made the purchase of the buffet and it was sufficiently filling. Would stay again if on MEX on a long layover.

We are located at Mexico Citys International Airport, Terminal 1, Gate 8, 3rd floor and there are two options to come here, from Terminal 2; the Skytrain between terminals that departs at Gate 8, T2 and Gate 6, T1 and the red bus, it departs from T2 at the Ground Level, Gate 4 and arrives at Gate 7, T1. The mattress was terrible it felt really old and bumpy, woke with neck stiffness but most of all the noise coming from other rooms and the hallway is atrocious, kept waking up all night because I could clearly hear the tv and conversations in the adjacent room. On the other hand is very convenient because of location and service is outstanding compared with some others in the area. If they fixed this noise problem this would definitely be the best option in the T1 of Mexico City Airport.

There are two terminals. If your flight arrives at the wrong side there are only hourly shuttles to the other side. This has more to do with the airport but it is still a mess. Directional signage is poor.
