Yes. Only suggestion is to have a hair dryer for the ladies and it would be nice if you threw a couple of water bottles per stay even if at a charge. We arrived very late at night and had to go to a convenience store for the water. Everything else was great. Thanks.

Fiesta Americana Reforma
Yes. Clean room and very courteous staff. Especially the servers at the breakfast and canapés dining rooms. They should be commended for handling a high volume of guests at high peak, breakfast time with such care and positive attitude. We’re so grateful for the assistance.

I was disappointed to learn that shuttle service is not in fact available. They are willing to call a taxi/car for you if you call them 48 hours ahead of arrival. My main reason for choosing this hotel was for the shuttle service. I was very disappointed. My hotel room was very nice, clean and comfortable. ...

Galeria Plaza Reforma
Great experience. Clean room. Breakfast menu was fresh. Food option for happy hour was good, but the liquor options (free) for happy hour were ok..need to pay upcharge for decent liquor, but there was enough options for beer and wine.
