"Liked: staff gave excellent customer service, very friendly and nice, always helpful; everything was clean, my room was very clean the lobby, lobby bathrooms, breakfast area, outside areas, hallways, fitness center. Breakfast was ok for a free breakfast, coffee in breakfast area was always hot and fresh. My mom and kids enjoyed the waffle station. Dislikes: the pool was dirty however the patio area around was not dirty. The pool needs to be tended to professionally by a pool maintenance company. I saw a front desk employee treating the pool and that shouldn’t fall to front desk people’s responsibility. The breakfast needs more fruit options. And for some reason my card keys for the room kept needing to be reactivated even though I kept it in the envelope. All in all, I will come stay again and expect the wonderful employees to still be there. Thank you for making my family and me feel welcome."
