"The property is beautiful, the pool area especially is magnificent on the lake. The wait staff are great and the bellman try nice but the people at the check in desk did not make an effort to make us feel welcome and they didnโ€™t explain the amenities or give helpful information about the property. The restaurant/food is good. The main level is beautiful, but the bedrooms and especially the bathrooms need an update however everything is clean The showers in the classic rooms are tiny. We had a great stay all in all - would go there again."

"Nice hotel, booked a suite for 1 night on the way to locarno, very nice room & wish i had booked for longer to take in varese more but i know now for next time. Very good breakfast & we made use of the nice swimming pool before leaving, my great granddaughter loved it & said the room was VIP with 2 balconies & 2 bedrooms so that made us laugh. Would stay again & an easy drive from malpensa."
