Very cute hotel. Has old feel charm. Love the architecture. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was awakened around midnight due to rowdy neighbors. The walls are very thin because I heard everything. I would stay again. Next time i will try Zucca.
Everything was nice as I hadn't been in 20 years since the remodeling . My only complaint you need something in the shower to prevent slipping as it was quite slippery . Maybe one of those rubber matts .

Easy check in. Quaint hotel. Parking a little tricky but staff provides tips. Would return.
Debería haber alguien en recepción que hable español

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
I think we had the smallest room - right next to the elevator and overlooking the alley. Noise from people coming and going, and garbage collectors in the alley. Otherwise clean and friendly. Just don’t get the room next to the elevator.
Amazing staff and comfortable hotel.
The lift is traditional and can only be operated by staff, however they are very quick to respond when the lift is called/required.
The property is quaint , older but maintained. The plumbing however is an issue as I suspect would happen with a very old property. There’s also a constant vibration and humming in the rooms. The room was clean and conveniently located.
I was there for work and my fiancée tagged along. Staff is super friendly and check in process is pretty quick. Room is spacious and we just loved the entire property. It has the air that it’s got history but incredibly well maintained. Nothing is out of place and every detail was made intently.
Some notes: the elevator can only
Nice Boutique hotel in the heart of Coral Gables. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Smaller than some other hotels but cozy. There’s no mini bar or microwave. There’s no lobby just a desk to check in and out. Very friendly staff. Restaurant on site and many other restaurants within walking distance. This hotel is from 1928 renovated with a cool Ottis original elevator from 1945 which os manually operated by employees. Parking across the street Iis ticketless.
We loved the personality of this small hotel. Everyone on staff we encountered was cordial, and, when we had questions, helpful. While the room and bathroom were small, they met all our needs. We prefer independent hotels such as this one over chain hotels.
