Great location !
Place was really comfortable and super clean. People were nice and friendly. Owner was available whenever we called to answer our questions. Location was great! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Check in process was awful. First they were unaware of our booking, then they gave us a room different than what we reserved. They only changed us the next day because I called the Hotels.com gold service line to complain. The room they changed us had a broken fan and microwave. We asked for it to be fixed three times but got nothing. The room was dirty and had many stains.

we gave you a room, more expensive and better than yours because the air conditioner in the apartment broke. we only changed you the next day because you called the Hotels.com service and complained. In the room where we changed you, you broke a fan and a microwave. The room was dirty and there were not many spots. You made big spots. I don’t take such guests. I do not like to write bad recalls мы дали вам номер, дороже и лучше вашего потому что поломался кондиционер в квартире. мы изменили вас только на следующий день, потому что Вы позвонил в сервисную службу Hotels.com и пожаловались. В комнате, где мы меняли вас, Вы сломали вентилятор и микроволновка. В комнатене было грязно и не было много пятен. Вы делали большые пятны. не совеую принимать таких гостей. Я не люблю писать плохие отзовы

The apartment is ok but the staff for the property management is difficult to deal with. The security personnel are aggressive without reason and were found in my room without my permission. Nothing was done about the complaints that were filed about the incident.

Nao tem estrutura de hotel, precisa contatar a proprietária para ter acesso ao apto, faltou agua nos dois últimos dois dias de nossa estadia, tivemos que tomar banho na área da piscina. Para ficar no norte de Miami tudo bem, mas quem vai para ficar no sul estará 20 milhas do inicio da Lincoln RD.

O localizacao é boa. A recepção na hora do check-in não sabia em que apart eu iria ficar, falaram que a proprietária e que deveria ter informado a eles o que não foi feito. Para receber encomendas por Correios e demorado a catalogação e pago 5 dólares por encomenda recebida
