Bueno, la persona que atiende cuando llegas, deben darle un curso de servicio al cliente, pésima educación y trato, cuando fui a entregar las llaves, estaba hablando con alguien y yo esperé a un lado a que terminara para entregarle la lleves, y se voltio y me dijo que tú quieres, sin un saludo ni nada, las habitaciones si estaban limpia pero todo se escucha de las habitación vecinas, realmente es un hotel como para matar jugada y ya, no para vacacionar y descansar, el personal de limpieza es más amable y servicial que la que atiende cuando llegas y te vas.
